Ingredients and Recipe is below
3 slices of Watermelon
1/2 block of Feta
1 bag of Salad. I used a Rocket and Redleaf lettuce combo if you can get hold of it it’s fab! If not any salad of your liking will do as a base.
2 tbsp Olive oil. I used cold pressed which has a very special pungent taste, try it if you can get hold of some.
Dash of Pepper
Dash of Salt
1) Chop your watermelon, feta, and avocado and keep to one side.
2) massage your olive oil, in a salad bowl, into your salad mix.
3) add all your chopped ingredients and sprinkle your pepper and salt over the salad after you have served it up!
