Brainfood and fuel to give you the boost you need! Its simple, does not take long and is another great meal prep idea. I typically make 1 big batch and it keeps me going for lunches during the week. Or if you’re being social do serve and share this with 3 other people. This recipe serves 3-4 people (or is good for 4 days worth of meal prep).

INGREDIENTS:

200g Pasta of your choice (I used a spelt flour, also known as Dinkel pasta in Germany)

Olive oil

1 Salmon steak

1 crushed clove of Garlic

6-8 chopped cherry tomatoes

dash of Salt and Pepper

1 jar of Vegetarian Bolognese sauce

METHOD:

1) Boil water and then add your pasta in, once its cooked, drain it and rinse with cold water. (this prevents it from sticking together) Now mix in a big gulp of olive oil and keep it to one side.

2) In a pan start to cook your salmon with a dash of olive oil, throw in the cherry tomatoes and crushed garlic. Once the salmon is cooked through add in your sauce, and the pasta. Mix it all together, it might look a bit mushy like in the photo above, but its BRILLIANT fuel and damn tasty!
