I create customized plans with my clients rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. In our partnership we work together in setting goals, deconstructing cravings or habits, and take action to achieve as well as SUSTAIN health behavior changes.
The key principles of my approach are, clearly defining goals, small and gradual changes, reflection, repetition and personal accountability. Together we work one-on-one either in person, via phone or on Skype twice a month. This will happen over a 2 or 4 month period depending on which program you choose.
Before we work together I offer a FREE 30 minute session where we can get to know each other and see whether the 2 or 4 month program would suit you best.
